Shipping policy

At Journeyman Concepts, we understand that when you order a mount, you’re ready to hit the road. That’s why we strive for maximum efficiency in our fulfillment process.

Processing Times All orders for our heavy-duty flag mounts are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and major holidays. Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST are typically handed over to the carrier the next business day.

Carrier & Tracking We utilize United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure your gear arrives safely. You will receive an automated email containing your tracking number so you can follow your shipment's journey to your doorstep.

Service Limitations We typically do not ship large items such as flagpoles to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship any orders that contain flagpoles via USPS, those are shipped UPS only. Additionally, we do not currently offer local pickup services.

Shipping Rates All shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout. These rates are determined by the weight of the items and the final destination.
